I'm new at this, how does it work?
First, give us a call, text, or email. We will make an appointment come to see your home. The walk through only takes about 10 minutes. We take photos and ask a few questions, such as what if any updates or repairs you will be making. Then we give you an exact bid and book your staging.
And, if you are just curious, no problem! Our estimates are always free and there's no commitment.
Realtors: if the home is vacant, we can go in on our own and get you the bid, you don't even have to show up!
How much does it cost?
From $1800-$4200. Most mid sized homes are in the $2300-$3300 range.
How does payment work?
Payment for staging is due upfront, the day prior to the stage.
However we know that sometimes upfront costs can stretch you too thin. We have a solution! Ask about our escrow payment option and never see the cost taken out of your pocket.
How do I prep my home?
We got you! We will send a checklist to make sure everything goes smoothly so your house looks it's absolute best.
Is staging really worth it?
Home staging will earn you more and sell your home faster, making your sale more profitable in the long run.
